One should understand , here two types of exports (1) China (2) USA . Kings has already entered into MoU with RSF , Shanghai to supply 100 containers of Shrimp every year ( 8 containers per month ) under brand RISHFU. , Now today company has entered into MoU for supply of shrimp of Vanname quality to JH & Co., USA for 100 containers per year ( 8 containers per month ) . So company is going to export both to USA & China every month bacteria free Shrimps . One container approximately fetches Rs 1 cr revenue , So addition in revenue would be Rs 200 cr every year . company said today because of these exports , value addition would be more by 10% , that means gross profit margins would increase from present 18% to 28% . With approximate yearly income of Rs 280 cr ( new export orders plus present sales ) , the likely Gross profit would be around Rs 70 cr and Net profit would be around Rs. 50 cr .Yearly EPS would be around Rs. 21 . Give PE of Rs 20-25 . Market price should be around Rs. 400-500.
